SUPER FACTS
This is the fifth time the city hosting the Super Bowl has also hosted a World Series game the preceding fall.

This is the third time the Super Bowl has been played in Texas. The first two were played in Houston (VIII and XXXVIII).

Green Bay Packers won the first Super bowl in January 15, 1967, with a total of three wins out of four appearances. (This being the 5th)

Pittsburgh Steelers won their first Super bowl in 1975, with a total of six wins (the most wins of any team) out of seven appearances. (This being the eighth.)

The Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers are two of the five oldest franchises in the NFL, along with Chicago, (Arizona) Cardinals, Chicago Bears, and New York Giants.

Kick off starts at 6:30 but turn your TVs on earlier to catch Christina Aguilera singing the National Anthem, and don't change the channel during half time, Black Eyed Peas will be the performing act.
